On Wednesday, October 3 Dr. Malinee Saxena from Dermatology Consultants appeared on WCCO-TV’s morning program discussing ways to keep your skin looking and feeling great as the winter months approach. Dr. Saxena recommended a regimen of topical treatments including Vitamins C, A, and E as well as eating a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables daily. This regimen provides antioxidants that will help your skin fight off the effects of damaging free radicals. Dr. Saxena also noted that it’s important to moisturize from head to toe daily, especially in the winter months.
