On Sunday, May 4, 2014 Dr. Joe Shaffer was interviewed by WCCO Radio host Roshini Rajkumar. Dr. Shaffer discussed the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer. He also discussed the alarming rise in the incidence of skin cancers across the United States. Dr. Shaffer encouraged listeners to schedule an annual skin exam with a dermatologist and to conduct self-exams on a regular basis. May is Skin Cancer Awareness Month.
