Latisse is a topical liquid medicine that is painted on the lash line like an eyeliner.  It is used at night and takes a few weeks to few months to grow longer, thicker, fuller lashes.  Blinc mascara is different than other mascaras as it wraps around the lash and thickens each individual hair.
