Our new online Patient Portal is designed to connect our patients and practice electronically. The tool will help you communicate with doctors and staff online and manage your own Personal Health Record (PHR).

How do I Use the InteliChart Portal?
The online Portal is easy-to-use, convenient and provides you with secure access to our practice and your health information.
The tool lets you:
- Send a secure message to request, reschedule, and even cancel appointments from home
- Send a secure message to the business office for billing and insurance questions
- Send a secure message to your provider regarding your care
- Access and review pertinent details regarding your office visit
- Review, download and print your clinical pathology and lab results
- And much more!
When Can I Register for the InteliChart Portal?
The InteliChart Patient Portal is available NOW!
- Schedule an appointment with the central scheduling department or clinic to receive an account registration e-mail
OR
- Request an account registration e-mail when checking in for your appointment at the clinic reception desk
Your account registration email will include a unique PIN number required for your secure portal account.
The InteliChart Patient Portal is an important new way for us to make your experience as a Dermatology Consultants patient as convenient as possible.
