BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Cook was born in Stillwater but grew up in Hudson, WI. He and his wife moved back there after medical school to raise their 3 boys. Dr. Cook loves to fly fish and has traveled all over the world chasing fish . When he’s home he loves to play golf and run to keep in shape.
